Been meaning to ask, what college?

Years ago, I had a friend who went through the London
College of Furniture program. In its day, probably the
best thing on the planet. Very complete. Top flight
instruction.

When reading Freud, one is always well
advised to remember that his cigar,
was a cigar.

Oh, yes. That land in Florida? We'd best
see it at low tide. Improves the view,
don'tcha know...

Best.
