Call Van Dyke's Restorers 1-800-558-1234.

They sell kits for piano stools, as well as the wooden and hardware parts
separately.

I have built several of these stools to match older pianos, and have used
the hardware in conjunction with other construction for other purposes
involving playing continuo from both a portative organ and harpsichord at
the same time. (Have fun visualizing that, Stephen).

They are also a good source for misc. older style fabrics, hardware, wooden
knobs, etc. , a useful addition to your bag of tricks.
