The Revenaugh Lower Lid in New York Times

I can't say it is a very new invention/idea as we have talked 
bout that very idea on the list some time ago.  Don't tell me 
this is something that has been patented?  Instead of attaching 
the lid to the piano you could make a wedge shaped reflector 
that would slide under any grand piano.  The dolly would have to 
be taken in to consideration though...
