have 6 everetts in my care, and every one has this type of problem, which has been repaired, I find that these pianos are on the move from one side of the building to another two to three times a month, which in turn tends to losen up the plank and you wind up with this type of situation , which is also effected by the constant up and down of heat and moisture, Here in N.E, This is always a problem as we have this type of weather all the time. This moving pianos grands and consols without dollies sure creates a problem and requires education to the owners, which they are aware of but find it hard to train there members to this situation, NOT TO MOVE PIANOS,
