Hi Brad. With todays consumer, what ever business you are in, this statement is true. That is why as I get older (this is going on my 36 years in piano tuning) that I don't feel I have the advantage over younger intelligent tuners. My success is based on my present performance, not my past, whatever glory, I may have had. I, too, have enjoyed you insightful posts.
