This is exactly what this list needs, info !  And more of it  ! !

Richard Wagner has the best solution to your chipped
ivory problems. Replacing ivory for color, shade, thickness
and size is tricky. My Mason & Hamlin upright displayed the
abuse of my kids growing up with 1/3 chip damage.
I applied Acrylikey and the outcome is beautiful.
(As good as the acrylic repair the dentist did to
  the chip in my front tooth).

The advantage is grain, color and aging characteristics
of the originals.
