I agree that gummed brown paper probably works better, long term, than label stock with an adhesive that creeps in time. Try running a piece of brown tape through your shredder. Different ones make different sized shreds, but there is one type that will give perfectly cut long strips of about 8 to 10 strips to the inch, and mine that makes short strips of the right width. For the long strips you might consider running a two foot piece through the shredder, glue end to end, then making your own roll on a spool dispenser meant for typing correction tape. ( The shredders that make 1/4" wide strips are useless for this job, and just about useless as security shredders also.) B. Simon Phoenix
