What is "Flagpoling?"

It is one of those 3 inch pins that Keith is looking for ;-)   I just went
and checked and there are a couple of pins in that vicinity which are a tad
higher than the surrounding ones.  Good thing I didn't bang those in.  I
would have failed your close scrutiny miserably!!!
