Reajusting pitch on a SAT page

Hi Michel et al,

Better to to a pitch offset and then use the stored tuning. It may be
necessary to "play" with the setting a bit--depends on which partial the
SAT is listening to.

1. Turn on Sat
2. touch tune button
3. use cents button to adjust offset up or down.
4. "roll over" from Shift to Msr
5. load page of tuning
6. jump to A 4
7. tune A4
8. turn off SAT
9. turn on SAT touch tune
10. measure pitch at A4
