Reajusting pitch question

If you do an offset first, then select the memory page, the pitch raise
will occur at the offset pitch using the tuning in the page as its
reference.

If you do an offset first, then do an FAC tuning the SAT will compute
the tuning at the offset pitch so that each note of the tuning will
include the offset in the amount showed in the right window.  In
otherwords if the normal setting was 5.0 and the offset is 5.0 you will
see 10.0 in the window, etc.
