Now on to some ideas to possible rectify your current situation: 1) Damper lift way to early (underlevers resting on back of keys) 2) Damper pads (front and rear) for each note are not aligned correctly (will not seat) 3) Excess friction in damper guide wire bushings 4) Tight center pins in underlevers (excess friction) You are in Belgium, yes?
