Roland and list,

       Thank you for the tips. When I saw the piano, the backchecks seem
to be correctly regulated. The item I questioned the most was the loose
hammer butt buckskin and underlying cusion. Does anyone know if this
could cause poor repetition?  BTW any and all adjustments to date had
been made prior to my arrival!
