center pin reamers, homemade

I came across this problem once with an Emerson Piano. (some Brambach Pianos
were built by the same company)  On that particular piano, the cheek block
screws were screwed into the side of the cheek blocks under keys 1 and 88.
 They were extremely hard to find and even harder to remove.
