Yamaha from Hong Kong

Here in Holland we can buy Yamaha (grand) piano's occasions from Hong Kong.
Now there is much talking about these Yamaha.
Yamaha Japan says that they are piano's not made for the Europian
market. Does anyone now if this is true and so yes what is the differents
en how can you see this.
What can happen if you have such piano.
