Removing ivories?

Ron,

I use steam.  Put a wet cloth on the keys and hit it with an iron.  Usually
only takes a few seconds and the ivory pops right off.  If you can not
remove them easily you are not using enough steam.  When you are keeping
the key (usually) to recover you do have to take care not to over steam but
in your case let 'er fly.
