Dear Caleb-

     I can attest that the price you have gotten for a C 3 is a very good one.
However, IMHO that is not the best piano for your money.

     A PROPERLY prepped Petrof may be available in that range - you are also
in a range where you might consider a world class rebuilt grand that will
knock the socks off of that Yamaha. If any rebuilders have a Mason & Hamlin or
Steinway rebuild - play it. 

     Remember, that Yamaha will be there next week too.
