Superior Imports & Written exam

Hi Gang!

   Two questions; Is Superior Imports still in existence? They supposedly
have a action rebuild video that was highly recommended, the phone number I
had for them is no longer in service.
   Secondly, is there any specific PTG recommended reading  to help prep
for the PTG written exam?
