Del,  from the style and the action, sounds like 1900-1920.   It would help
to know what the music desk looks like.  I'll do some sleuthing and get
back to you.  I'm assuming the piano is in good playing condition after
your capable hands.   It doesn't sound special enough to have significant
historic value.   I'll get back to you.
