	PTG Members (includes banquet)...........	$125
	After April 10th, 1998.............................	$145

	Non-Members.......................................	$165
	After April 10th, 1998.............................	$205

	Additional Banquet Tickets.....................	$35

	Exhibitor Booth Fees.............................	$30

Note that instructors receive complimentary registration and banquet
tickets.

The president of our host chapter is Tom Servinsky. He is not on this list.
The treasurer of the host chapter is yours truly and to whom checks may be
sent.
