squeeky pedal

	I have a church piano that has a squeeky pedal.  I have VJ'd it, but the
squeek comes back (several times).  I isolated the problem to the place
where the pedal rod goes through the guide.  It appears to be leather
rather than felt pad in the opening.  What can I do to eliminate this pesky
problem?
