Is the customer complaining now? >> Gina, My customer complained a lot about the piano, realized that it was not one of the better Yamaha's made. I have serviced her piano before, and she recently from an apartment to a house with hardwood floors. Ironically, I did not recall hearing the problem on the first tune. She will consider a restringing job only if I can be assured that rescaling it would help solve some of the tuning problems. Hope this answers your question.
