Depending on the type and severity of the warp (twist?) I've had success
with kerfing.

Using a back saw and walnut veneer which is slightly thicker than the saw
kerf, it's amazing how much correction you can do, and never worry about the
key warping back.

Of course, if the most effective place to locaten the kerf is through the
keytop, then another method would have to be used. ;-}
