Hi Larry,
	I try never to lie intentionally, especially to my potential clients.  I
will tell them the facts as I see them.  I let them know that this is a
high pressure opportunity to buy a piano but they should do their homework
and go to the local dealer and look and take notes before going to the
sale.  Just as there is no reason for me to lie, their is no reason for
them to go unprepared.  Yes , we all want to see more new pianos sold.
