Quoting from a chart in "The Art of Organ-Building" G.A.Audsley 1905, re:
pitch changes with temperature. (vol II, p. 637)

59°F    a=435.0
<snip all between>
68°F    a=439.0

(standard pitch for him was 435Hz.)

Somewhat less than 5000 cents, but certainly not insignificant.
