Tom Cole, You could put these numbers in your Users Temperament file in RCT and call it "Shining Brow". This is an earlier version of Bill Bremmers Victorian Modified Meantone, as interpreted by myself. I have not yet worked out a similar interpretation for Bill's most current VMMT. I like the harmonic balance of this temperament because the thirds of Db, Ab, Gb and B are distinctly larger than the other 8 thirds, and this is as it should be. Db, Gb, Ab and B (actually, C#, G#, F# and B) are the "diminished fourth" keys of Meantone. These keys serve a different harmonic purpose than the other 8 keys. It's an excellent achievement to maintain this distinction within the confines of a "Victorian" or mild well temperament.
