The deviation on the A brings the pitch to standard. On no electronic program, including the RPT Exam, do you ever see an A or a C at 0.0. This is because the note is always read on an upper partial. If you want your HT to best "mesh" with standard pitch, make your A3 (not A4) beatless with your fork and construct your temperament around that. If tuning with another keyboard, do the same for it.
