Epoxy vs CA

The only time I have had CA failures is when I did not get a good glue
joint.

Using thin CA I filled the joints of an old piano stool, the ones with
claw feet and class balls. FOr the past seven years it has been used
daily without a single joint failure.

It is possible, consider the failure of plastic elbows, but since much
more is known about plastics, molecular chemistry, materials behavior,
etc. etc, I would be inclined to considerable faith in CA and epoxy.
