Hi Clyde,
It sounds like maybe the damper rail hangers have broken loose from the
bass side of the damper rail or if the piece of leather that is usually
between the 2 rails has come out.  If the dampers do not lift out evenly
with the pedal it is probably the hangers.  You have to pull the action
again in order to find out for sure and certainly to repair it.
