Geneva International warranty

Working for the Petrof dealer in the Salt Lake City area has taught me that Alan
Vincent
has a big ego.  If it is warranty, what difference is it if the service needs to
be pre-authorized or not.  Besides, Alan isn't always available, and when in the
customer's
home, a technician needs to go ahead without making a call-back.

Anyone else on the LIST have feedback on this subject?
