A customer is looking at Yamaha C-5's that have been used in Japan for 10 - 15 years and then shipped to the United States. A dealer has told him that these pianos are made differently than those intended for the American market--that they are not made to withstand the climate in the United States. Has anyone out there noticed this kind of problem with these used pianos from Japan? Thanks in advance.
