Dave,

Why would you want to eliminate what most pianist need to feel?  I don't get
it.

 Does anybody else like to eliminate that "kick" in the key by pinning
 the balencier tight?  I like it at about 8 grams.  You can get lots of
 spring to the jack and key return, but you don't feel the "kick."
