Hi Don ,
             A full days work to do the complete job, is fair, if it is
your first time, maybe 12hrs.
The butts flanges alone 2hrs, place action in cradle undo the bridle tapes
so the jacks drop out of the way and remove screws with a cordless drill.
It goes quite fast if you get a rhythm going, line all hammers on the bench
as you go, unscrew plates and remove flange, etc, 
 Once hammers are reinstalled, reshape and rough travel any offending
shanks, it's easier than papering the flange when it is in the piano.
