Hammer glue such a Grand Smell

I respect your opinion, and am curious.
Where, on the *other* side of the Atlantic do you obtain the hide glue that
you *do* permit in your shop?

The most pleasant I've smelled (like unflavored gelatin, though I've never
tasted it) comes from Pianotek here in the states.
I'd be thrilled to find a source for an even better product.
  
Perhaps so would Pianotek(?)
