Kawai Sharps

I am having trouble locating a couple of sharp keytops for a new Kawai 
Console. Kawai sent me replacements already attached to the key and all. 
Although they did come scratched. Too bad the keys wont go in the piano. 
They do not get spares from the supplier, Pratt Win,  Anybody know how I 
can reach them?
