Ivory Keytop cleaning: I just put them on a polishing wheel. I have a "chunk" of Ivory polish, from 20 years ago, think it came from American piano supply. A hard felt wheel, and finish off with a softer buffing. With all the new "teeth" whiteners, go check with your local dental supply, I'm almost sure they will have some "goodies" for you to test.
