Here in "Sunny South Africa" (ZA = international code, SA is Saudi Arabia) it is very easy to put a set of keys out in the sun with a coating of Hydrogen Peroxide (costs about R6 =$1) applied every couple of hours, depending on how yellow they are, then you cut them down with wet&dry sandpaper, then polish on buffing wheel, with buffing soap.
