The point of belonging to the Guild is the we share our knowledge and
experiences but for passing information not for individual instruction. 
Conventions, seminars, private tutoring or private instruction fill
those needs.

PTG is not a school but an association of people in the same occupation.

If you need technical training it is best acquired at a school.

The examiners must be fair with each person; their function is to
determine if an examinee can do the task to PTG standards or not. 
Concessions are made, e.i. reading the written test and writing your
answers on the test sheet because you cannot see.  If you cannot rebush
a key, install a damper, regulate an action model and other elements of
the test concession is not bade because you are blind.

The tuning test is no different.
