Bone keytops

Hi,

A client expressed interest in bone keytops. I know they are abailable 
someplace, but I can't find the source (I  used to have it in some directory 
or catalog, but can't get my hands on it...) Does anyone know:

1. Who makes/sells them? (Address? phone? FAX? E-mail/)
2. What the cost of a set might be
3. How much trouble they are to work with?
4. Does anyone do bone keytop replacements at some sort of reasonable price? 
(Again, address? phone? etc.....)
