Uniform backcheck heigth

Dear List:
	Do any of you have a good method that gives uniform backcheck heigth
when reinstalling backchecks on a vertical action using a backcheck
remover/installer chucked up in a drill?  Yes, I know, if it doesn't give
uniform heigth it isn't a *good* method. ???:-))
