You can use any aural pitch source, Tuning fork, Sandereson Accu-fork,
Cassette recording of someone whistling A440, your cat, etc.
By the way, our cat used to meow A4, if he was sharp or flat, you could
play it on the piano and he would correct his pitch. Great party trick!
