Aha, so it was the kickboard!  And it wasn't noisy?  I would have expected
it to make a scraping sound of some kind, but I guess not.  I think I've
seen the way they put that board on.  (When it's on right, it looks like
it's on wrong.)

Thanks for the puzzler Jim.  That was fun.
