Knabe/Chickering 9' ages

I believe Aeolean did use different numbers on the 9' grands.  We have a 9' Mason
& Hamlin from the early 1980s with a serial number of 1795.  Since Knabe and Mason
& Hamlin are now part of MSR, they might have those records.
