S&S B and Baldwin M

Hello List,
     What is the going rate for rebuildable pianos?  -specifically a
1901 Steinway B and a 1956 Baldwin M?  Both pianos have good plates are
playable and need complete rebuilding and refinishing, (the whole nine yards).
