Dear Bill and List, I am assuming that this system is a "Dampp Chaser" brand unit that you are inquiring about. I ran into a situation very similar to this a while back and sent the control unit (humidistat) back to Dampp Chaser for evaluation and testing. Once the humidistat was determined to be within factory specs, I had to go back and look at the installation layout and adjusting accordingly. Some of the older units have been know to loose their settings......some can be reset.....some can't.........D.C. will let ya know 'bout that. Regards, Dale Whitehead, RPT
