[Newton Hunt]

I had one of those one time.  I took a T-handle plumbing tool, cutt of
the working end, drilled a hole in the cut end and flattened it until
it fit.  Worked well for that one piano.  Easy, fast and if you drill
the hole too large or too small cut off the end again and redu it.
