One's business, finally, rests on the integrity of his/her work. The best will survive significantly better than the worst. There's so much I don't know, so little I do, that I daily am amazed I do anything right. If I am called to follow a "they", i try to realize that it's my job to attempt good work. "They" have to exist, or no, without my criticism. If we managed to raise the work quality of all of "them" to "excellent", many who are now considered "good" would be out of jobs.
