Glide bolt regulation

Hi folks,

Anybody ever regulate glide bolts using a Davis Key Leveler Device?
Schaff #255.  Place it on the key which is directly in front of the glide
bolt, set the button on the device so it's fluss, and turn the glide bolt
down.  The button will start to move when the bolt contacts the keybed.

This is not my idea and I haven't tried it yet but it sure sounds like it
would work.

Thoughts or comments anyone?
