I find it fascinating that a vibrating body, as each division vibrates, 
(the whole, the half, the third, the fourth, the fifth, the sixth, the
seventh, etc ad infinitum) and each section making its pitch, quite
neatly produces a major chord in the first six divisions. This then is
the basis of all music and harmony, and then our ears, (created, not
evolved,) perceive it as pleasant!!  I find this miraculous.  

Extend these vibrations and their matching variations, and they get
wonderfully rich and complex, producing the useful twelve tone scale. 
Thus, we have profitable work to do.
