Tuning Pins

I had an upright piano today where thier are many loose pins and they have
already been knocked in so far that the coil is embedded into the bushing. I
dont own a piano tilter (not that it would be practical to do it in his
house) and the customer wont pay for removal as well as repair, so for now
he is stuck with it.
