I've been using Peachtree Accounting (currently some other name now) right along with those spreadsheets for years. Someday, I'll do QuickBooks for the fun of it, might even become a convert because of your strong endorsement. However, the person who asked for tips said, "... so I'd just like to enter the >amounts received each day and get it over with."
